The case analysis is the work that college counselors contact the most in their daily work,which is the most random and involves a wide range of business.It can examine all aspects of the counselors' quality and ability comprehensively.Accurate grasp and analysis of student work cases will have a strong practical value and guiding significance for practical work.According to the purpose and content requirements for the case analysis of the college counselors' quality and ability competition,the author analyzes summarizes the problems and deficiencies of the counselors in the competition,which helps the counselors to explores the targeted self-improvement strategies,improve the professional level through the quality and ability competition,promote the team construction,and ultimately serve the fundamental task of“strengthening moral education and cultivating talents”.
