摘要
当前大学生职业生涯规划教学存在诸多不足。基于课程思政的理念,加强思想政治教育与大学生职业生涯规划课程的融合,可行且必要。需要重视顶层设计,完善课程体系,加强师资队伍建设,注重个性化辅导。
At present,there are many deficiencies in college students' career planning teaching.Based on the concept of curriculum ideology and politics,it is feasible and necessary to strengthen the integration of ideological and political education and career planning courses for college students.Besides,it is necessary to pay attention to the top-level design,improve the curriculum system,strengthen the construction of teachers and attach great importance to individual guidance.
