摘要
高炉煤气全干式除尘后,高炉煤气中酸性腐蚀成分未净化脱除,引起煤气输配设施出现氯离子腐蚀和酸腐蚀泄漏。对此,通过对氯离子来源的分析,实施高炉煤气喷碱脱氯技术改造,有效降低了高炉煤气氯离子含量,取得了良好的经济和社会效益。
The acid corrosion components in blast furnace gas are not purified after full dry dedusting,resulting in chlorine ion corrosion and acid corrosion leakage in gas transmission and distribution facilities.Based on the analysis of the source of chloride ion,the technical transformation of alkali injection for dechlorination of blast furnace gas was car⁃ried out,which effectively reduced the chloride ion content in blast furnace gas,and achieved good economic and social benefits.
