焦化厂焦炉烟气蕴含着巨大的能量,某钢铁厂以热管技术为依托,充分回收焦炉烟气余热,利用余热产生低压饱和蒸汽,应用于干熄焦余热发电系统中除氧水加热、烧结机机尾除尘系统伴热、竖炉脱硫系统加热等。

Coke oven flue gas of coking plant contains huge energy.Relying on heat pipe technology,a steel plant fully recovers the waste heat of coke oven flue gas,and gen⁃erates low-pressure saturated steam by using the waste heat,which is applied to heating of deaeration water in CDQ waste heat power generation system and heat tracing of dust removal system at the tail of sintering machine,and heating of vertical furnace desulfurization system.
