220t燃煤锅炉SCR脱硝自动喷氨分析与实践

摘要 锅炉运行的日常操作,对烟气中的氮氧化物(NOX)形成有剧烈的扰动影响。在线CEMS烟气分析仪抽取监测过程,尿素溶液喷氨热解过程,烟气催化还原反应过程,这些都延长了喷氨控制的滞后时间。为达到超低排放效果,热解炉计量分配装置大幅提升了喷氨量,同时也增加了空预器堵塞风险。重点研究了提高热解炉喷氨自动控制精准程度的措施。 The daily operation of boiler has a severe disturbance effect on the forma⁃tion of NOx in flue gas.The online CEMS flue gas analyzer extraction monitoring process,urea solution ammonia injection pyrolysis process and flue gas catalytic reduction reaction process all extend the lag time of ammonia injection control.In order to achieve the effect of ultra-low emission,the metering and distribution device of pyrolysis furnace greatly in⁃creased the amount of ammonia injection,but also increased the risk of air preheater block⁃age.The measures to improve the accuracy of ammonia injection automatic control of pyroly⁃sis furnace are mainly studied.
