校长信息化领导力对教师信息技术应用行为的影响研究——基于42篇实证研究文献的元分析 被引量:7

The impact of the principal’s IT leadership on teachers’ IT use:a meta-analysis of 42 empirical studies

摘要 在"互联网+"时代,人们对教师有效应用信息技术变革传统课堂教学、提升教学质量充满期待。校长作为信息化教学变革的引领者,其领导力是影响教师有效应用信息技术的关键要素。为探究校长信息化领导力对教师信息技术应用行为的影响,国内外众多学者开展了大量实证研究,但研究结论却尚存争议,有待进一步考证。本文采用元分析方法,以近15年间发表的42篇实证研究文献为基础,审视与分析校长信息化领导力对教师信息技术应用行为的影响效果,并对相关调节变量的效应差异进行了探究。研究表明:校长信息化领导力对教师信息技术应用行为具有较弱的正向影响,技术伦理、人际沟通与设施供给影响作用较大,专业发展与愿景领导影响作用适中,教学评估影响效果最小;校长信息化领导力对教学效能与技术整合度影响较大,对应用态度和应用技能影响较小;校长信息化领导力影响效应在性别、教龄、学段上都具有显著差异,就性别而言对男教师影响略高于女教师,就教龄而言对熟手教师负向影响更大,就学段而言对大学和小学教师影响较明显,对中学及混合教师影响适中,对幼儿教师影响最弱。结合研究结论及自身工作经验,就教师有效应用信息技术问题提出了若干条理论与实践层面的策略建议与愿望设想,以期能够对学术研究与实践有参考价值。 In the“Internet+”era,teachers are expected to effectively apply information technology to transform traditional classroom teaching and improve teaching quality.As the leader of IT-enhanced teaching reform,the principal's leadership is a key driver that affects teachers􀆳effective use of IT.A series of empirical studies,home and abroad,have been carried out to explore the impact of the principal's IT leadership on teachers􀆳IT use,drawing only controversial conclusions and lacking further verification.A meta-analysis of 42 empirical studies in the last 15 years was conducted to examine and analyze the impact of the principals􀆳IT leadership on teachers􀆳IT use,and to explore the differentiated effects of related moderating variables.The results show that the principal's IT leadership has a weaker positive impact on teachers􀆳IT use,whereas technical ethics,interpersonal communication and IT facility supply have a greater one,professional development and vision guidance a moderate one,and teaching evaluation the least.The principal's IT leadership has a greater impact on teaching effectiveness and technical integration,but a less impact on teachers􀆳attitudes towards and skills of IT use.The principal's IT leadership shows significant differences in gender,years of teaching experience and student age groups:the impact on male teachers is slightly higher than that on female teachers;in terms of teaching years,it has a weaker impact on skilled teachers;as for student age groups,the impact on university and elementary school teachers is more obvious,while that on middle school and mixed age groups teachers is moderate,and kindergarten teachers the weakest.Theoretical and practical strategies are suggested on teachers􀆳effective use of IT for future academic research and practice.
