摘要
培育社会多元主体参与社区教育是当今我国社区教育打破发展瓶颈、推动社区教育改革、提高社区教育质量、满足居民多元化学习需求、深化社区教育治理的重要方式。多元主体共同参与社区教育即社会各主体共同合作、共同协商、共同参与社区教育,是我国社区教育治理的一种全新的决策和参与机制。调查发现,社区教育仍存在各主体参与参差不齐、教育效果与课程质量不高、居民认可度不高等问题。我国社区教育应发挥政府在社区教育中的主体作用,建立社区教育多元主体参与机制,提高社区教育课程质量,构建社区教育质量与监测标准。
Cultivating the participation of diverse subjects in community education is an important way to break the development bottleneck,promote the reform of community education,improve the quality of community education,meet the diversified learning needs of residents and deepen the governance of community education. The participation of multiple subjects in community education means the cooperation,consultation and participation of all social subjects in community education,which is a brandnew decision-making and participation mechanism of community education governance in China. The investigation shows that there are still some problems in community education,such as uneven participation,low quality of teaching effect and curriculum,and low level of residents’ recognition. Community education in our country should play the main role of the government in community education,establish a multi-subject participation mechanism of community education,improve the quality of community education,and build the quality and monitoring standards of community education.
