摘要
基于管道热疲劳的分析方法提出了冷箱内管道在运输过程中的一种简便疲劳评定方法。该方法计算管道在运输过程中的应力范围,利用疲劳极限进行评定,还可以得到运输过程中的管道支架载荷,从而优化管道支架。该方法还可以用于其他模块化设计的装置在运输过程中的疲劳评定。
Based on the pipeline thermal fatigue analysis method,a simple fatigue assessment method for the pipeline in the cold box during transportation is proposed.The method calculates the stress range of the pipeline during transportation,uses the fatigue limit for evaluation,and can also obtain the pipeline support load during transportation,thereby optimizing the pipeline support.This method can also be used for fatigue assessment of other modularly designed devices during transportation.
