摘要
精细化工生产具有物料危险性大、生产步骤多,工艺复杂、间歇生产等特点,生产过程风险程度较高。采用危险与可操作性分析(HAZOP)技术对工艺过程风险进行分析,根据分析结果制定有效的控制技术和方案,促进精细化工生产的自动化、智能化建设,是提高精细化工生产过程安全水平的有效途径。以某装置氧化单元为例,介绍了HAZOP技术在精细化工装置上的应用情况,并给出了精细化工装置自动化控制系统设计和运行过程中的注意要点。
Fine chemical production has the characteristics of high risk of materials,many production steps,complex processes,intermittent production,etc.,and the production process has a high degree of risk.They are effective ways to improve the safety of fine chemical production processes by using hazard and operability analysis(HAZOP)technology to analyze the process risks and formulating effective control technologies and plans based on the analysis results,and promoting the automation and intelligent construction of fine chemical production.Taking the oxidation unit of a plant as an example,the application of HAZOP technology in fine chemical plants is introduced,and the main points in the design and operation of the automatic control system of fine chemical plants are given.
