吡咯喹啉醌对植烟土壤和烤烟生长的影响 被引量:2

摘要 为探究施用吡咯喹啉醌(PQQ)对植烟土壤和烤烟生长的影响,采用田间小区试验研究了不同浓度(0、200、500、1000 nmol/L)水平下以及喷施、灌根2种施用方式下PQQ对植烟土壤和微生物数量以及烟株农艺性状、根系性状、经济性状的影响。结果表明:施用适宜浓度PQQ对土壤理化性质有一定改良作用,尤其有效磷含量和细菌数量均有显著提高,灌根施用200 nmol/L PQQ时,土壤有效磷含量较CK处理提高了89.13%,细菌数量比CK处理增加了74.62%;喷施和灌根施用适宜浓度PQQ能促进烟株的生长发育,尤其是烟株株高和最大叶面积显著增加,当施用浓度为200 nmol/L时,烤烟根系性状相关指标参数均达到最大,烟株根系活力显著提高,同时烟叶产量较CK提高了126.30、168.75 kg/hm^2,烟叶产值提高了8339.68、8554.72元/hm^2,均价提高了2.28、2.21元/kg。因此,灌根施用200 nmol/L的PQQ可以有效改善土壤理化性质,并促进烤烟生长发育,提高经济效益。 In order to explore the effects of pyrroloquinoline quinone(PQQ)on tobacco planting soil and tobacco growth,field plot experiments were conducted to study the effects of PQQ on tobacco planting soil and microbial quantity,agronomic traits,root traits and economic traits of tobacco plants under different concentrations(0,200,500,1000 nmol/L)and two application methods of spraying and root irrigation.The results showed that appropriate concentrations of PQQ could improve soil physical and chemical properties,especially the content of available phosphorus and the number of bacteria.When 200 nmol/L PQQ was applied to root irrigation,the content of available phosphorus in soil was increased by 89.13%and the number of bacteria was increased by 74.62%compared with CK treatment.Spraying and root irrigation with appropriate concentrations of PQQ could promote the growth and development of tobacco plants,especially the plant height and maximum leaf area increased;when the application concentration was 200 nmol/L for spraying and root irrigation,the related index parameters of root traits of tobacco plants reached the maximum,the root activity was significantly improved,the yield of tobacco leaves was increased by 126.30 and 168.75 kg/hm^2,the output value of tobacco leaves was increased by 8339.68 and 8554.72 yuan/hm^2,and the average price increased by 2.28 and 2.21 yuan/kg,respectively.Therefore,root irrigation with 200 nmol/L PQQ could effectively improve the soil physical and chemical properties,promote the growth and development of flue-cured tobacco,and improve economic benefits.
