茶树新品种鄂茶11、鄂茶12在豫南茶区的适应性研究

Study on the Adaptability of Two New Camellia Sinensis Cultivars E-Cha No.11 and E-Cha No.12 in the Tea Areas in South Henan

摘要 以福鼎大白茶为对照,对茶树新品种鄂茶11、鄂茶12在豫南茶区的适应性进行了研究。结果表明:一芽1叶期鄂茶11达到特早生种水平,鄂茶12达到中生种水平;2个品种发芽密度均超过对照,鲜叶产量显著高于对照,平均增产24%以上;2016—2018年鄂茶11、鄂茶12的绿茶感官品质评审得分分别比对照高1.5、3.1分;抗寒性均比对照强。因此,建议鄂茶11、鄂茶12在豫南茶区推广种植。 Using the Camellia sinensis cultivar Fudingdabaicha as control,the experiments on the region adaptability of two Camellia sinensis cultivars E-Cha No.11 and E-Cha No.12 were carried out in the south Henan.The results showed that E-Cha No.11 reached the level of special early-sprouting cultivar in one bud-one leaf phase,E-Cha No.12 reached the level of middle-sprouting cultivar.The germination density of the two cultivars was higher than that of the control,and their fresh leaf yields each was significantly higher than that of the control,with an average increase of more than 24%.From 2016 to 2018,the sensory quality evaluation scores of E-Cha No.11 and E-Cha No.12 were 1.5 and 3.1 points higher than those of the control,respectively,and their cold resistance was stronger than that of the control.Therefore,it is suggested that E-Cha No.11 and E-Cha No.12 should be planted in southern Henan.
