大刺鳅不同组织乳酸脱氢酶及酯酶同工酶研究 被引量:4

摘要 采用聚丙烯酰胺垂直梯度凝胶电泳法对江西赣州信丰县桃江流域大刺鳅肝脏、脾脏、肌肉、肾脏、心脏和脑6种组织中的乳酸脱氢酶和酯酶同工酶进行了研究。结果表明:大刺鳅乳酸脱氢酶同工酶共检测到5条酶带,其中在肌肉中5条同工酶带均能检测到,在肝脏中检测到4条,在脾脏、肾脏及心脏中各检测到1条,在脑组织中未检测,乳酸脱氢酶表达活性在肝脏中最高;大刺鳅酯酶同工酶共检测到6条酶带,其中在肌肉中6条酶带均能检测到,在肝脏、脾脏和肾脏中各检测到2条,在心脏和脑组织中各检测到1条,酯酶表达活性肝脏中最高,其次为肾脏。这说明乳酸脱氢酶及酯酶在大刺鳅个体中的分布具有明显的组织特异性。 Lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)and esterase(EST)isozymes from six tissues(liver,spleen,muscle,kidney,heart and brain)of Mastacembelus armatus(M.armatus)were analyzed by vertical polyacrylamide gradient gel electrophoresis,The results showed that five LDH isozyme bands were detected in M.armatus.In detail,five isozyme bands were detected in the muscle,four bands were detected in the liver,one band was detected each in the spleen,kidney and heart,no expression of LDH was detected in brain tissue;LDH expression activity was the highest in the liver.A total of six EST isozyme bands were detected in M.armatus.Six bands were detected in the muscle,two bands were detected each in the liver,spleen and kidney,and one band was detected each in the heart and brain tissues;EST activity was the highest in the liver,followed by the kidney.It can be seen from the results that the distribution of LDH and EST of M.armatus has obvious tissue specificity.
