大豆产业发展的困境及出路探析

Discussion on the Predicament and Future of Soybean Industry Development

大豆是重要的粮油兼用作物,也是植物蛋白质的主要来源,具有较高的经济价值,是关系民生的重要战略性物资,但目前我国大豆消费进口依赖度极高,国产大豆的市场竞争力较弱,大豆加工产业链也不成熟。基于此,分析了我国大豆产业所面临的宏观环境以及发展困境,提出强化国家政策支持,继续增加大豆种植面积;提高科学技术投入力度,提高产量更新模式;运用适度贸易保护手段,改变大豆贸易逆境;调整产业结构,增加民族企业竞争力的建议,以期促进我国大豆产业快速平稳发展。

Soybean is an important grain and oil crop as well as the main source of plant protein.Due to its economic value,it is a strategic material related to people's livelihood.At present,our country’s soybean consumption is highly dependent on imports,the market competitiveness of domestic soybean products is weak,and the soybean processing industry chain is not mature.Based on the above problems,the authors have analyzed the macro environment and predicament of domestic soybean industry development,and attempt to put forward four suggestions for promoting the rapid and stable development of Chinese soybean industry,i.e.,strengthening national policy support,increasing soybean planting area,increasing investment in science and technology,increasing output renewal mode,using appropriate trade protection means to improve Chinese soybean trade,adjusting industrial structure and increasing competitiveness of national enterprises.
