摘要
保持液力变矩器锁止侧与分离侧油压稳定,是提升换挡速度与保证换挡平顺性重要的控制策略之一。保证直结状态下DaDr油压压力差在正常范围内是保证直结工况传动效率的重要手段。文章从理论分析、实验排查两方面对液力变矩器的锁止侧与分离侧油压出现的故障进行深入研究,积累了液压模块故障调查经验,为提升车辆换挡质量及驾驶平顺性提供了相关技术指导。
One of the important control strategies to improve gear shifting speed and ensure gear shifting smoothness is that to keep the hyDraulic pressure of the combined side and the separate side stable.Keeping the DADR oil pressure difference in the normal range is an important means to ensure the transmission efficiency in the locking condition.In this paper,the oil pressure on the locking side and the separating side of the hyDraulic torque converter are studied in depth from the aspects of theoretical analysis and experimental investigation.Accumulated experience in the fault investigation of hyDraulic module.Provide technical guiDance for improving gear shifting quality and Driving experience.
