摘要
为优化某商用车驾驶室强度性能,文章基于有限元方法对驾驶室进行了强度分析,同时采集试验场实车驾驶室应力应变,试验结果显示,特定路面钣金位置应变很大,对驾驶室结构进行了局部优化,CAE分析结果满足要求及路试考核通过。
In order to optimize the strength performance of a commercial vehicle cab,in this paper,the strength of the cab is analyzed based on the finite element method,at the same time,the stress and strain of the real vehicle cab is collected in the test field.The test results show that there is a large strain at the position of the sheet metal on the specific pavement.The cab structure was optimized locally,the CAE analysis results met the requirements and the road test passed.
