摘要 根据七座SUV车型第三排乘员体态特征,确定第三排乘员基本都是中等身材人体。依据SAE J4002标准对中等身材人体躯干长度的定义,用CATIA软件建立二维人体模型,固定脚踝角为120°,座椅靠背角为25°,地毯水平之后逐渐调整座椅高度,测量人体模型的相关角度。根据相关经验得出结论:当座椅高度≧300mm时,人体坐姿较为舒适。搭建第三排座椅可调式PFM整车验证模型,保证第三排乘员周围环境与整车状态尽量相符,并使第三排座椅高度H30在250mm-350mm之间可调,选取中等身材的男性人体(身高在170CM—175CM)共计8名来进行主观评价。评价方案:每两名评价人员一组,每组评价人员在PFM人机验证模型上乘坐2小时,每天评价四组。以评价人员的亲身体验和反馈为评价依据(如舒适或不舒适),将此记录、比对、分析。通过收集反馈的主观评价信息,确定当座椅高度≧300mm时,人机主观舒适度较好。至此,设计理论数据与主观评价数据相符,论点得到充分论证。 Based on the physical characteristics of the third-row occupants in the seven-seater SUV,the third-row occupants are basically of medium stature.According to the definition of the torso length of the medium-sized human body in the SAE J4002,a two-dimensional human body model was established with CATIA,with a fixed ankle angle of 120°and a seat back angle of 25°.After adjusting the level of the carpet in the car,the seat height was gradually adjusted to measure relevant angle of human body model.Based on the relevant experiences,it is concluded that when the seat height is more than 300mm,the human body is more comfortable in sitting posture.Building a third-row seat-adjustable PFM vehicle verification model to ensure that the surrounding environment of the third-row occupants matches the state of the vehicle as much as possible,and make the third-row seat height H30 adjustable between 250mm-350mm.A total of 8 male bodies(height between 170CM and 175CM)were subjectively evaluated.Evaluation plan:one group of two evaluators,each group of evaluators rides on the PFM man-machine verification model for 2 hours,and evaluates four groups daily.Based on the evaluation personnel's personal experience and feedback(such as comfortable or uncomfortable),this record is compared,and analyzed.By collecting feedback subjective evaluation information,it is determined that when the seat height≧300mm,the subjective comfort of the man-machine is better.So far,the design theory data is consistent with the subjective evaluation data,the argument is well supported.
