自动变速器滑差控制技术研究

摘要 滑差控制技术在对传统闭锁式液力变矩器结构改变不大的情况下,通过调节闭锁离合器的结合油压,控制闭锁离合器处于微小滑差量的状态。滑差控制技术可以实现提高液力变矩器传动效率目的。文章以某国产6AT自动变速器为实例,介绍了对滑差控制技术的研究,总结出了滑差控制技术对降低整车油耗和提升驾驶舒适性的作用。滑差控制技术对AT产品的控制技术升级及市场拓展起到了积极作用。文章主要阐述了open到poweronslip的控制理论。 It controls the locking clutch to be in the state of small slip by adjusting the combined oil pressure of the locking clutch under the condition that the structure of the traditional locking torque converter is not changed much.Slip control technology can improve the transmission efficiency of hydraulic torque converter.Taking a domestic 6AT automatic transmission as an example,this paper introduces the research on slip control technology.This paper summarizes the effect of slip control technology on reducing fuel consumption and improving driving comfort.Slip control technology plays a positive role in the control technology upgrading and market expansion of AT products.This paper mainly expounds the control theory of open to power on slip.
