文章主要针对某重卡尿素箱集成线束失效模式进行分析,通过售后旧件联合分析、模拟实验验证等对失效原因进行分析,并从线束接插件防水性能提升、线束打卡点处理、尿素管接头连接方式等多方面提出整改方案及改善措施,改善后验证效果良好,极大降低线束售后索赔。
