摘要
文章主要针对某重卡尿素箱集成线束失效模式进行分析,通过售后旧件联合分析、模拟实验验证等对失效原因进行分析,并从线束接插件防水性能提升、线束打卡点处理、尿素管接头连接方式等多方面提出整改方案及改善措施,改善后验证效果良好,极大降低线束售后索赔。
This paper mainly analyzes the failure mode of the integrated harness of a heavy truck urea tank,analyzes the failure causes through the joint analysis of after-sale core parts and the verification of simulation experiments,and puts forward the rectification plan and improvement measures from the aspects of the improvement of the waterproof perfor-mance of the harness connector,the treatment of the harness punch point,the connection mode of the urea pipe joint,etc.the improved verification effect is good and the harness is greatly reduced After sales claims.
