摘要
壳体类零件位置度的测量主要是采用三坐标进行测量,而三坐标检测过程比较复杂,影响位置度测量的因素比较多,如何准确测量壳体类零件的位置度,就需要从多方面原因进行分析探讨,因此研究影响三坐标测量位置度准确性的因素显得尤为重要。文章从三坐标测量过程中多个可能的影响因素出发,逐个进行对比分析,寻找影响测量结果的主要因素,为以后的测量中排除这些影响因素,提高测量的准确性,提供依据,从而真实地反映出零件的实际加工状态。
The measurement of the position degree of shell parts is mainly carried out by using three coordinates,and the three-coordinate detection process is complicated,and there are many factors affecting the accurate measurement of the position degree.How to accurately measure the position degree of shell parts requires analysis and discussion from various reasons,so it is particularly important to study the factors affecting the accuracy of the position degree of three-coordinate measurement.Starting from several possible influencing factors in the process of three-coordinate measurement,compara-tive analysis is carried out one by one to find out the main factors influencing the measurement results,so as to eliminate these influencing factors in future measurement,improve the accuracy of measurement and provide basis,thus truly reflec-ting the actual processing state of parts.
