摘要
文章基于有限元法,采用ADAMS软件,对某商用车动力总成悬置系统进行了CAE解耦率分析,结果显示,各阶振型模态解耦率都大于目标值,符合设计要求,同时进行了悬置系统NVH隔振率测试分析,怠速,空档,加速工况下,悬置系统隔振率满足目标,与CAE分析结果对标一致,综合评估该商用车动力总成悬置系统NVH性能符合设计目标。
In this paper,based on the finite element method and ADAMS software,the CAE decoupling rate of a commercial vehicle powertrain mounting system is analyzed.The results show that the modal decoupling rate of each mode is greater than the target value,which meets the design requirements.Under the speed condition,the vibration isolation rate of the mounting system meets the target,which is consistent with the results of CAE analysis.The NVH performance of the powertrain mounting system of the commercial vehicle meets the design goal.
