摘要 为研究冷却风扇总成模态特性,论文基于不同建模方式和网格类型等建立了多种在工程中常见的不同仿真模型,进行自由模态仿真并和自由边界试验模态进行了对比分析,找出了最佳的工程应用仿真模型。以此为基础进行约束模态仿真和约束边界试验,结果表明:忽略扇叶初始位置、释放扇叶旋转自由度、采用二阶网格、保留扇叶和电机罩壳等有限元模型处理方式,所得模态频率和振型与试验结果有较好的吻合度。前5阶约束模态的频率误差值最大为2.8Hz,满足相关标准要求。分析结果对冷却风扇总成的振动特性研究及结构设计改进有重要价值。且以仿真精度提升的自由模态分析为基础进行约束模态分析,是研究风扇总成模态的有效方法。 In order to study the modal characteristics of the cooling fan assembly,a variety of different simulation models commonly used in engineering were established based on different modeling methods and grid types.The free mode simulation was carried out and compared with the free boundary experiment,and the best engineering application simulation model was found.The results show that modal frequencies and modal shapes obtained by finite element model processing methods,such as ignoring the initial position of the fan blade,releasing the rotational degree of freedom of the fan blade,adopting the second-order mesh,retaining the fan blade and the motor housing,have good agreement with the experimental results.The maximum frequency error of the first five constrained modes is 2.8Hz,which meets the requirements of relevant standards.The analysis results are of great value to the vibration characteristics research and structure design improvement of cooling fan assembly.It is an effective method to study the modal of fan assembly based on the free modal analysis with improved simulation accuracy.
