新型金刚石扩孔器的研究

摘要 普通扩孔器在使用的过程中,胎体部分将随着使用时间的增长,靠近钻头的部分会逐渐的变成锥形体,可以看出将扩孔器胎体部分设计成为带有一定角度的锥形体最为合理。研制一种新型金刚石扩孔器,胎体上端采用斜面设计,在斜面的胎体上采用表镶天然金刚石,大颗粒人造金刚石混镶的方式,辅助钻头克取岩石,保证孔壁光滑,孔径均匀,分担钻头外刃的工作量,不会因钻头的外径磨损而缩小,以提高钻进效率。 In the process of using the common reamer,the part near of the drill bit will gradually change into a cone shape with the increase of using time,it can be seen that it is most reasonable to design the matrix part of the reamer as a cone with a certain angle.A new type of diamond reamer is developed,in which the upper end of the matrix is designed with an inclined plane.Natural diamond is inlaid on the surface of the matrix and the large artificial diamond are mixed in,the drill bit is assisted in removing the rock to ensure smooth hole wall and uniform hole diameter.The work load of the outer edge of the bit is shared.It will not be reduced due to the wear of the outer diameter of the bit,so as to improve the drilling efficiency.
