摘要
为满足北京地铁平西府车辆段停车列检库地铁上盖物业开发的减振需求,将该库第27股道(西侧)原有的普通扣件更换为减振扣件,对其试铺前后分别进行同种工况下的测试,测试内容包括钢轨、道床、墙壁的垂向振动加速度,钢轨的内外侧垂向和水平向动态变形,并对改造前后所测的数据进行分析,最后得出该种减振扣件的减振性能可满足设计要求,钢轨除垂向变形有较大幅度增加外,水平向形变基本与之前保持一致,达到预期的指标。
In order to meet the requirement of vibration reduction for the development of metro topside superstructure in Pingxifu depot of Beijing metro,the original ordinary fasteners on the 27th track(West Side)of the depot were replaced with dumping fasteners,and the tests were carried out under the same working conditions before and after the trial track laying,including the vertical vibration acceleration of rail,track ballast and wall,the vertical and horizontal dynamics of outer and inner side of rail and as well as analyzing the measured data before and after the modification.It is concluded that the damping performance of this kind of fastener meets the design requirements.The horizontal deformation of rail basically remains the same,besides that the vertical deformation of rail increases greatly.
