摘要
目的了解上海市金山区城市沙滩浴场水体的水质质量、污染来源和常见致病菌污染状况。方法在浴场水体封闭期和开放期的不同季节采样,采用实验室经典培养法和荧光PCR法同时检测的方法,对水体微生物指示菌--粪大肠菌群和肠球菌进行定量检测;对最易经过水体感染的致病菌--沙门氏菌、志贺氏菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和副溶血性弧菌进行定性检测。结果每次采样中均检出副溶血性弧菌,常见经水体感染致病菌检出鼠伤寒沙门氏菌1株,志贺氏菌、金黄色葡萄球菌均未检出。结论金山区城市沙滩浴场水体水质较好,污染较轻。
OBJECTIVE To understand the water quality, pollution source and common pathogenic bacteria pollution status of urban beach baths in Jinshan District, Shanghai. METHODS By sampling the different seasons in the closed period and open period of bath water body, quantitative detection of fecal coliform bacteria and enterococci of microbial indicator bacteria in water body were carried out by using the method of laboratory gold code culture and fluorescence PCR at the same time, and the drug sensitivity analysis was carried out for the pathogenic bacteria most susceptible to water body infection: salmonella, Bacillus shigae, staphylococcus aureus and Vibrio parahaemolyticus. RESULTS All samples of Vibrio parahaemolyticus were detected. One strain of Salmonella typhimurium was detected by water-infected pathogenic bacteria. CONCLUSION The water quality of sandy beach in Jinshan district was better and the pollution was less.
