摘要 多学科协作诊疗(multi-disciplinary treatment,MDT)是指以患者为中心,多个不同学科的专家共同制定多种可行的有效治疗手段,以达到最佳治疗效果。华北地区神经疑难疾病多学科联合会诊基于MDT模式,形成了针对神经病学专业型硕士研究生的特色教学模式,将多学科协作的整体思维理念融入研究生教学中,全方位、多角度培养研究生的能力。作者浅谈神经疑难疾病多学科联合会诊在专业型硕士研究生培养过程中的应用。 Multi-disciplinary treatment(MDT)refers to the patient-centered approach,and experts from different disciplines work together to develop a variety of feasible and effective treatment methods so that we can achieve the best treatment effect.The multi-disciplinary joint consultation for difficult neurological diseases in north China has formed a special teaching pattern for professional postgraduates of neurology based on the pattern of multi-disciplinary treatment.The overall thoughts of multi-disciplinary collaboration are integrated into professional postgraduates teaching,so that the ability of postgraduate is elevated in all directions and multiple perspectives.The author states the application of the multi-disciplinary joint consultation for difficult neurological diseases in educating professional postgraduates.
