氦-氖激光照射联合重组人白介素-2、伐昔洛韦治疗生殖器疱疹40例观察 被引量:5

Observation on 40 cases of genital herpes treated by He-Ne laser irradiation combined with recombinant human interleukin-2 and routine antiviral therapy

摘要 目的探讨氦-氖激光照射联合重组人白介素-2(IL-2)、常规抗病毒治疗治疗生殖器疱疹的疗效。方法选取2018年6—12月深圳市龙岗区第三人民医院收治的生殖器疱疹病人共80例,以随机数字表法分组,基础组40例,口服盐酸伐昔洛伟+皮下注射重组人IL-2治疗。联合组40例,在上述治疗基础上,增加氦-氖激光照射病灶。对比两组病人止痛时间、止疱时间、结痂时间、脱痂时间,临床疗效,治疗前后血清白细胞介素2(IL-2)、干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)、白细胞介素4(IL-4)水平变化与不良反应。结果联合组病人止痛时间(1.62±0.33)d、止疱时间(1.35±0.27)d、结痂时间(3.02±0.61)d、脱痂时间(4.59±0.92)d均短于基础组(P<0.05);两组临床疗效分布差异显著(P<0.05),联合组总有效97.50%(39/40)高于基础组(P<0.05);治疗后两组IL-2、IFN-γ水平均提高(P<0.05),联合组IL-2(4.39±0.88)μg/L、IFN-γ(3.57±0.72)μg/L均更高(P<0.05),治疗后两组IL-4水平均降低(P<0.05),联合组IL-4(21.18±4.33)μg/L更低(P<0.05);不良反应发生率相近(P>0.05)。结论在生殖器疱疹病人中实施氦-氖激光照射联合重组人IL-2、常规抗病毒治疗可促进病人康复,增强疗效,提高病人的IL-2、IFN-γ水平,降低IL-4水平且安全性良好。 Objective To investigate the effect of He-Ne laser irradiation combined with recombinant human interleukin-2(IL-2)and conventional antiviral therapy on genital herpes.MethodsEighty patients with genital herpes who admitted to Shenzhen Longgang District Third People’s Hospital from June 2018 to December were selected.The patients were assigned into basic group(40 cases,treated with routine antiviral therapy+recombinant human IL-2)and combined group(40 cases,treated with routine antiviral therapy+He-Ne laser+recombinant human IL-2).The pain relief time,blister relief time,scab formation time,scab removal time,clinical efficacy,changes of serum IL-2,IFN-γ,IL-4 levels and adverse reactions before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.ResultsThe pain relief time[(1.62±0.33)d],blister relief time[(1.35±0.27)d],scab formation time[(3.02±0.61)d]and scab removal time[(4.59±0.92)d]in the combined group were shorter than those in the basic group(P<0.05).There was a significant difference in the distribution of clinical efficacy between the two groups(P<0.05),and the total effective rate in the combined group was higher 97.50%(39/40)than that in the basic group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-2 and IFN-γin both groups were increased(P<0.05),and higher in the combined group IL-2[(4.39±0.88)μg/L],IFN-γ[(3.57±0.72)μg/L](P<0.05),and the levels of IL-4 in both groups were decreased(P<0.05),the combined group IL-4[(21.18±4.33)μg/L]was lower(P<0.05),and the incidence of adverse reactions was similar(P>0.05).ConclusionHe-Ne laser irradiation combined with recombinant human IL-2 and conventional antiviral therapy can promote the recovery of patients with genital herpes,enhance the curative effect,improve the level of IL-2 and IFN-γ,and reduce the level of IL-4,with a good safety.
