黑龙江省血清学产前筛查服务利用及影响因素分析

Analysis on Serological Prenatal Screening Service Utilization and Its Influencing Factors in Heilongjiang Province

目的了解孕产妇对血清学产前筛查服务的利用情况并进行分析,探索影响孕产妇产前筛查服务利用的影响因素。方法将黑龙江省内13个地级市,37家助产机构的住院产妇和门诊妊娠28周以上的孕妇共2 376名作为调查对象,采用典型现况调查的方法进行问卷调查,分析影响因素。结果孕产妇对血清学产前筛查的知晓率为77.9%,服务利用率为51.0%、影响血清学产前筛查服务利用的因素有:孕产妇的年龄、户籍情况、文化程度、家庭经济收入、职业、是否得到医生建议、对产前筛查的态度和产前检查次数等。结论血清学产前筛查服务的推广和普及力度不到位,应加强宣传产前筛查知识,培养正确的产前筛查观念并注重医生对孕妇的宣教,同时进一步提高医疗机构服务提供能力并加强孕妇学校管理。

OBJECTIVE To understand and analyze the serological prenatal screening service utilization situations for pregnant and par⁃turient women,and to explore the factors affecting the prenatal screening service utilization for pregnant and parturient women.METH⁃ODS A total of 2376 pregnant and parturient women including the parturient women in hospitals and the pregnant women with gesta⁃tion more than 28 weeks in outpatient clinics at 37 midwifery institutions from 13 prefecture-level cities in Heilongjiang Province are selected as the investigated objects.Questionnaire survey is carried out by typical current situation survey method to analyze the influ⁃encing factors.RESULTS The awareness rate of serological prenatal screening among pregnant and parturient women is 77.9%and the service utilization rate is 51.0%.The factors affecting the serological prenatal screening service utilization include pregnant and partu⁃rient women’s ages,household registration situations,educational levels,family income,occupation,whether getting the doctor’s ad⁃vice or not,attitude to prenatal screening,number of prenatal visits,etc.CONCLUSION The promotion and popularization of serologi⁃cal prenatal screening services are not sufficient.It is necessary to strengthen the publicity of prenatal screening knowledge,cultivate the correct prenatal screening concept and pay attention to the doctors’propaganda and education to pregnant women.Meanwhile,it needs to further improve the ability of medical institutions to provide services and strengthen the management of schools for pregnant women.
