强力枇杷露(无糖型)+推荐治疗方案对新型冠状病毒肺炎患者的止咳效果观察

Clinical Efficacy of Qiangli Loquat Dew(Sugar Free)in the Treatment of Cough of COVID-19 Patients

目的观察强力枇杷露(无糖型)+推荐治疗方案对新型冠状病毒肺炎(以下简称新冠肺炎)患者的临床止咳效果。方法选取有咳嗽症状的新冠肺炎患者104例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组52例和治疗组52例,病人均为女性(女性病区)。对照组采用复方甘草片+推荐治疗方案,治疗组采用强力枇杷露(无糖型)+推荐治疗方案,均为3次/d,治疗14 d,比较两组患者的临床症状积分及临床有效率。结果治疗14 d后,两组患者的临床症状积分较治疗前均有所改善,治疗组明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,对照组总有效率为67.3%,治疗组为96.2%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论强力枇杷露(无糖型)联合推荐治疗方案可显著改善新冠肺炎普通型患者的主症及兼证,临床疗效显著,且不良反应少。

OBJECTIVE To observe the clinical efficacy of Qiangli loquat dew(sugar free)in the treatment of cough of COVID-19 pa⁃tients.METHODS 104 COVID-19 patients with cough were randomly divided into control group and treatment group(n=52).Patients in the control group received conventional western medicine basic treatment and Compound liquorice tablets.Patients in the treatment group received conventional western medicine basic treatment and Qiangli loquat dew(sugar free).Both groups received treatment three times a day for 14 days.The clinical symptom scores of patients and clinical effective rate were compared before and after treat⁃ment.RESULTS After 14 days of treatment,the clinical symptom scores of patients were higher than those before treatment in both groups(P<0.05),and the clinical symptom scores of patients in treatment group were higher than control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the total clinical effective rate of control group was 67.3%,and the total clinical effective rate of treatment group was 96.2%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).CONCLUSION Qiangli loquat dew(sugar free)combine with conventional western medicine basic treatment could improve the main symptom and concurrent symptom in COVID-19 patients,the clinical cura⁃tive effect is remarkable with few adverse reaction.
