With the development of 5G communication technology,the requirements for the performance of mobile phone body material are higher and higher.Zirconia ceramics are more and more used in the mobile phone back cover material because of its excellent performance.However,the overall preparation technology level is still not high.Based on the above background,the sintering technology and processing technology of zirconia ceramics are described.The preparation technology of ceramic back cover for mobile phone is introduced in detail from sintering,CNC machining,laser cutting and polishing,and its market application prospect is prospected.
