电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定盐酸伊达比星中的锑

Determination of Sb in Idabicin Hydrochloride by Inductively Coupled Plasma-Mass Spectrometry

摘要 建立了电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法测定盐酸伊达比星中的锑含量的分析方法。样品经消化后直接用ICP-MS分析,采用在线引入混合内标溶液校正基体干扰和仪器的信号漂移。锑的质量浓度在0~0.5μg/L范围内与信号强度呈良好的线性,线性相关系数(r)均大于0.9990,检出限为0.00028 mg/kg。实际样品加标回收率为90.5%~98.0%,测定结果的相对标准偏差为0.8%(n=6)。该方法选择性强、灵敏度高,测定结果准确。 A method was developed for the determination of Sb in idabicin hydrochloride by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS).Samples were directly determined by ICP-MS after digested,and with on-line internal standard to correct the instrument signal drift.The mass concentration of Sb was linear with signal intensity in the range of 0~0.5μg/L,the linear correlation coefficient(r)was more than 0.9990.The detection limits of Sb were 0.00028 mg/kg.The relative standard deviation of detection results was 0.8%(n=6),and the recovery was between 90.5%and 98.0%.Therefore,The method is highly selective,sensitive and accurate.
