摘要
针对当前“创新效率不高、创新转换不畅、创新合作不强”等创新困境,从创新环境、政府引导、合作共享、创新效率和创新转化五个维度构建评价体系,选取长江经济带作为研究对象,运用因子分析对经济带内11个省市2010~2016年高质量创新的多维因素和发展水平进行综合评价.研究发现:长江经济带高质量创新的4个主成分因子为创新合作因子、外商资金因子、创新环境因子、知识共享因子;经济带内呈现下游区域“一超多强”特征,经济带上中下游区域差异较大;各区域均有起到带动引领作用的高质量创新地区.建议充分发挥中心城市群的带领作用,加快创新资源协同聚集,以新产品和新技术的形式提升创新经济效益.
In view of the current innovation difficulties:innovation efficiency is not high,innovation transformation is not smooth,innovation cooperation is not strong,this paper constructs the multidimensional structure of high quality innovation from five dimensions of innovation environment,government guidance,cooperation and sharing,innovation efficiency and innovation transformation.It selects the Yangtze River economic belt as the research object,and uses factor analysis to conduct comprehensive evaluation on the high quality innovation level of 11 provinces and cities in the economic belt in 2010-2016.It is found that the four main factors of high-quality innovation in the Yangtze River economic belt are innovation cooperation factor,foreign capital factor,innovation environment factor,and knowledge sharing factor.The economic belt presents the characteristics of"one super and many strong"in the downstream region,there are great regional differences in the upper,middle and lower reaches of the economic belt,all regions have high quality innovation areas that play a leading role.It is suggested to play the leading role of the central urban agglomeration,accelerate the collaborative gathering of innovative resources,and promote the development of innovative economic benefits in the form of new products and new technologies.
