摘要 随着经济发展,人们逐渐开始追求更有品质的生活,高品质小区的物业管理对较好的电梯搭乘体验提出新要求。该文以电梯的运行舒适度检测为主题进行研究,从电梯的运行噪音检测、运行稳定性检测、轿厢及应急照明亮度检测、换气系统评估、电梯异响和电梯抖动的原因分析等方面进行探讨并提供有针对性的检测方案。以期该文能对电梯的运行舒适度维护以及未来针对运行舒适度制定检验检测标准起到参考作用。 With the development of economy,people gradually begin to pursue a more quality life.The property management of high-quality residential areas puts forward new requirements for better elevator ride.In this paper,the elevator running comfort detection as the theme of research,from the elevator running noise detection,operation stability detection,car and emergency lighting brightness detection,ventilation system evaluation,elevator abnormal noise and elevator shaking reason analysis and so on,and provides targeted detection scheme.It is hoped that this paper can play a reference role in the maintenance of elevator operation comfort and the development of inspection and detection standards for operation comfort in the future.
