摘要
植物内质网分子伴侣BiP是一类重要的功能蛋白,在内质网中发挥着重要功能,不仅参与内质网腔中的蛋白合成,而且也与内质网未折叠蛋白反应UPR相关,并在此反应中扮演重要角色。近年来,植物内质网伴侣分子BiP研究取得较大进展。该文对BIP的结构与功能、BiP的表达模式和调控机制以及BiP的表达水平与蛋白合成和UPR反应的关系等进行了综述,以期对植物BiP的深入研究提供参考。
Endoplasmic reticulum molecular chaperone BiP of Plant,is an important function of protein,plays an im⁃portant function in the endoplasmic reticulum,which not only involved in the synthesis of protein in the endoplasmic reticulum cavities,and also associated with the endoplasmic reticulum UPR unfolded protein response and plays an im⁃portant role in this response.This paper stresses the progress of endoplasmic reticulum chaperone BiP of plant,struc⁃ture and function of the BiP,and expression pattern and regulation mechanism of relationship between expression and protein synthesis and reaction of UPR to review,in order to provide reference for the in-depth study of BiP ofplant.
