二元结构、人力资本转化与企业出口产品质量

Dual Structure,Human Capital Conversion and the Quality of Enterprises’Export Products

本文通过整合两部门模型和企业微观模型,基于城乡产业和企业的角度试图对2001—2007年中国二元结构、人力资本转化对企业出口产品质量的影响进行实证研究。结果发现:二元结构缓解、人力资本改善以及二者交互项显著带动了企业出口产品质量提高;二元结构变动和人力资本对企业出口产品质量的影响存在地区、所有制和行业差别;企业全要素生产率和固定资产投资效率作为二元结构与人力资本的机制路径,对企业出口产品质量存在显著影响。

By integrating the two-sector model and the micro-enterprise model,this paper attempts to conduct an empirical study on the impact of China’s dual structure and human capital transformation on the quality of export products from 2001 to 2007 from the perspective of enterprise level.The results show that:(1)the improvement of dual structure,human capital and their interaction significantly improve the quality of export products;(2)there are regional,ownership and industry differences in the impact of dual structure change and human capital on the quality of export products;(3)the total factor productivity of enterprises and the investment efficiency of fixed assets have a significant impact on the quality of export products of enterprises through the path of dual structure and human capital.
