新文科背景下旅游管理类专业本科课程改革与“金课”建设 被引量:87

The Reform of Undergraduate Curriculum and“Golden Courses”Construction in Tourism Management Specialty under the Background of New Liberal Arts

摘要 在对新文科内涵及其背景下旅游管理类专业课程建设要求进行解读的基础上,文章通过问卷调查和运用潜在冲突指数(PCI)等分析方法,探究了旅游管理类专业本科课程教学存在的问题与产生原因,提出了“金课”建设的基本标准和主要路径。研究强调,应按照新文科理念和要求推动旅游管理类专业本科课程改革,坚持以学生学习和发展为中心,构建适应社会和行业发展需求,体现知识能力素质有机融合,彰显人文精神与文化内涵,融合相关学科和现代科技的全新课程体系与协同创新教学模式,按照人才培养与课程目标具有高阶性、教学内容与教学方式具有创新性、课程设计与考核评价具有挑战度、教学过程与课程学习具有互动性、教学质量与教学效果具有优良性、教学制度与教学模式具有先进性和师资力量与教学资源具有丰富性的“六性一度”标准,重点建设五类旅游管理类本科“金课”,营造包容性旅游课堂,培养有思想、有知识、有能力的旅游行业精英。 Based on the interpretation of the new liberal arts and its requirements for the curriculum construction of tourism management specialty,this paper explores the existing problems and causes of the curriculum teaching of tourism management specialty through questionnaires and the Potential Conflict Index(PCI)method,and puts forward the basic standard and main path of the construction of“Golden Courses”.It emphasizes that the undergraduate curriculum reform in tourism management specialty should be promoted in accordance with the new liberal arts concept and requirements.And by centering students’learning and development,a brand-new curriculum system and cooperative innovation teaching model is constructed to meet the needs of social and industry development,to embody the organic integration of knowledge,ability and quality,to highlight the humanistic spirit and cultural connotation,and to merge the related disciplines and the modern science and technology.According to the“six qualities and one challenge”standards of high-level personnel training and curriculum objectives,innovative teaching contents and teaching methods,challenging curriculum design and evaluation,interactive teaching process and curriculum learning,excellent teaching quality and teaching effect,advanced teaching system and teaching model,abundant faculty and teaching resources,the paper concludes to focus on building five types of“Golden Courses”of tourism management specialty,to create inclusive tourism classes and cultivate tourism industry elites with ideology,knowledge and ability.
