摘要
阅读推广发展早期,创新驱动是其主要动力。创新使图书馆摆脱"铁笼文化",发展阅读推广以应对外部环境的变化。随着阅读推广走向主流服务,图书馆需要通过制度保障阅读推广的发展。图书馆阅读推广制度是图书馆人从事阅读推广的各种行为规范的统称,建立制度有助于推动和保障图书馆阅读推广科学、有效、可持续地发展。建立阅读推广制度需要图书馆学理论的支持,研究阅读推广制度问题是图书馆学介入和推动阅读推广实践的最重要方式。
Early development of library reading promotion(LRP) was driven by innovation. Innovation has freed the library from the "iron cage culture" and developed reading promotion to adapt to changes of external environment. The development of LRP needs institution. The institution is a set of behavioral norms in LRP. The establishment of institution will help promote and guarantee the scientific, effective and sustainable development of LRP, and establishing LRP institution needs support of library science theory. The study of LRP institution will be the most important way for library science to intervene and improve LRP practice.
