浅谈适用于天然气站场管道的无损检测技术 被引量:2

摘要 随着我国对天然气资源勘探开发力度的不断加大,天然气站场的种类和数量不断增加,同时站内管道面临的服役环境也日益严峻。随着服役时间的增加,越来越多的老站场和含硫站场站内管道相继发生了不同程度的腐蚀和失效,为检测结果的有效性带来了挑战,同时也为无损检测技术的发展带来了机遇。为此,就近年来适用于天然气站场管道的无损检测技术进行了总结,分析了天然气站场管道无损检测技术及其相关标准和规范的现状,同时介绍了几种常用无损检测技术的原理、特点、适用性及技术组合,最后指出了天然气站场管道无损检测技术及其相关标准和规范的发展趋势。 With the increasing prospection and development of natural gas resources in China,the types and quantities of natural gas station are increasing,and the service environment faced by pipelines in natural gas station is becoming more and more severe.With the increase of service time,more and more pipelines in old natural gas station and sulfur-containing natural gas station have successively suffered in varying degrees of corrosion and failure,which brings challenges to the effectiveness of non-destructive testing results and opportunities for the development of non-destructive testing technology.Therefore,the non-destructive testing technology for the pipelines of natural gas station in recent years is summarized.The present situation of the non-destructive testing technology for the pipelines of natural gas station and its related standards and specifications is analyzed.Meanwhile,the principle,characteristics,applicability and technical combination of several commonly used non-destructive testing technologies for the pipelines of natural gas station are introduced.Finally,the development trend of non-destructive testing technology for the pipelines of natural gas station and its related standards and specifications is prospected.
