摘要
彭州页岩气区块4-2D井二开φ333.4 mm井眼,对应井深在2300 m^3051 m,地层为须家河组,地层岩性为深灰、黑色(炭质)页岩、粉砂质页岩与灰色粉砂岩、细粒岩屑砂岩略等厚互层。地层坚硬、研磨性强,使得钻进更加困难。使用常规的钻井方法机械钻速低,采用螺杆等井下动力钻具效果不明显。针对上述难题,开发了YSC-228型强力液动射流式冲击器,冲击功达660 J,并研发了高耐磨性无橡胶密封一体化铸造缸体,寿命突破了120 h,可有效解决硬地层机械钻速慢的难题。通过岩石抗压强度进行量化分析,依据液动射流冲击器性能参数与岩石抗钻特性参数关系,优化设计出旋冲钻井参数,通过对匹配钻头的抗冲击能力和攻击性分析,进一步优化了钻具组合及匹配钻头。在彭州4-2D井进行了现场提速应用。应用结果表明,YSC-228型强力液动射流式冲击器提速效果显著,较邻井平均机械钻速同比提高达95.5%,为该区块硬地层钻井提速提供了有效技术手段。
Pengzhou 4-2D well in shale gas block,drilling from 2300 m to 3051 m is Xujiahe formation which is theφ333.4 mm interval,the stratum lithology is dark grey,black(carbonaceous)shale,silty shale,grey siltstone,fine-grained lithic sandstone and so on.The formation is hard and abrasive.It makes drilling more difficult and the low ROP with conventional drilling method,and the effect is not obvious by using down hole power drilling tools such as motor.In view of the above problems,YSC-228 powerful hydro-efflux hammer was developed,with an impact energy of 660 J,and a high wear-resistant rubber free seal integrated casting cylinder was developed,with a service life of 120 h,which can effectively solve the problem of low ROP in hard formation.Through the quantitative analysis of rock compressive strength,according to the relationship between the performance parameters of hydro-efflux hammer and rock drilling resistance,the rotary percussion drilling parameters are optimized.Through the analysis of impact resistance and aggressiveness of matching bit,the drilling assembly and matching bit are further optimized.It has been applied in Pengzhou 4-2D well.The application results show that YSC-228 powerful hydro-efflux hammer has a remarkable effect on speed-up,which is 95.5%higher than the average ROP of the adjacent wells,providing an effective technical means for enhancing ROP in the hard formation of the block.
