国土空间规划背景下广西地区村庄类型识别方法研究——以贵港市辖区为例

Study on the Identification Method of Village Types in Guangxi Area under the Background of Land and Space Planning——A Case of Guigang Area

在国土空间规划改革大背景下,村庄规划与国土空间规划虽然作为两条线同步进行,但村庄规划还是要紧密结合国土空间规划。村庄分类是村庄规划的前置条件,所以如何识别村庄类型、制定差别化政策越来越重要。广西地区目前已经明确5种村庄类型,并提出了村庄规划的时间节点。本文从城乡联系、综合发展水平、空间资源潜力和特色发展潜力4个维度对村庄进行评价,并结合国土空间规划修正村庄分类方法。

In the context of the reform of land and space planning, although village planning and land and space planning are carried out simultaneously as two lines, village planning still needs to be closely integrated with land and space planning. Village classification is a prerequisite for village planning, so how to identify village types and formulate differentiated policies becomes increasingly important. Five types of villages have been clarified in Guangxi, and the time lines for village planning have been proposed. This paper briefly describes the evaluation of villages from the four dimensions of village development, urban-rural linkage, comprehensive development level, spatial data potential and characteristic development potential, and combines with the national land spatial planning to modify village classification methods.
