现阶段,我国各方面都在飞速地发展和进步,人们的生活水平大幅提升,生活节奏加快。与此同时,我国老年人口数量不断增加,人口老龄化加剧,带来了众多问题。在这种情况下,很多年轻人无法承担老年人的养老问题,无法为老年人的生活提供质量保障。不仅如此,面对人口老龄化现象,为了减轻年轻人的负担,同时提高老年人的生活质量,政府提出建设养老建筑,并融入绿色施工思想,在根本上提升养老建筑的质量。

At this stage, China is undergoing rapid development and progress in all aspects, and people’s living standards have also been greatly improved. The living pace has been accelerated. At the same time, the phenomenon of China’s aging population is also intensifying, which has caused many problems. Under this circumstance, many young people have no way to take care of the elderly, nor can they guarantee the quality of life of the elderly. In the face of the phenomenon of aging at this stage, in order to alleviate the burden of the young men and meanwhile improve the life quality of the elderly, the government puts forward to build elderly-care buildings with green construction concept to fundamentally improve the quality of elderly-care buildings.
