绿色建筑发展制约因素及策略研究

Research on Constraints and Strategies of Green Building Development

绿色发展既是国家战略,也是生态城市发展的核心内容和必然选择。较之传统建筑行业,绿色建筑受限于区域经济发展水平、市场、政策、技术等方面。本文在深入分析绿色建筑发展的影响因素的基础上,从法规体系建设、政策支持、技术驱动、政府监管、人才培养等方面提出促进绿色建筑发展的策略。

Green development is not only the national strategy, but also the core content and inevitable choice of ecological city development. Compared with the traditional construction industry, green building is limited to regional economic development level, market, policy, technology and other aspects of greater impact. On the basis of in-depth analysis of the influencing factors of green building development, this paper puts forward strategies to promote the development of green building from the aspects of legal system construction, policy support, technology drive, government supervision, talent training, and so on.
