关于民宿内在要素的关联剖析

随着时代的不断发展,人们生活水平的逐渐提高,旅游成为人们充实精神文化生活的重要载体。顺应趋势,近年来,大理洱海周边形成了一大批民居客栈,在吸引了大量游客的同时也暴露出一定的问题。大理洱海沿线的很多精品民宿并不完全是传统意义上民宿的概念,许多民宿存在着借自然环境对自身民宿的重新组装,以彰显出个人特定艺术行为的现象。鉴于此,文章通过文献查阅与实地考察等研究方法,对民宿与精品酒店内在区分、文化要素解析以及对环海民宿的思考等方面进行探讨,旨在追寻大理民宿的真正的内涵与定义,对内在要素关联进行剖析,以期为大理民宿的发展提供建设性意见。

With the continuous development of the times and the gradual improvement of living standards, tourism has become an important carrier for people to enrich their spiritual and cultural life. Following the trend, in recent years, a large number of residential inns have been formed around the Erhai Lake in Dali, which attracted a large number of tourists and also exposed certain problems. Many boutique homestays along the Erhai Lake are not exactly the concept of homestays in the traditional sense. Many homestays have re-assembled their own homestays by natural environment to show their specific artistic behavior. In view of this, the paper discusses the internal differentiation of homestays and boutique hotels, the analysis of cultural elements and the thinking of B&B along Erhai Lake through research methods such as literature review and field visits. Then the paper analyzes the true connotation and meaning of the homestays in Dali, and discusses the correlation of elements to provide constructive opinions for the development of B&B in Dali.
