摘要 改革开放以来,房地产行业一跃站在了历史舞台,成为近20多年以来中国经济最吸引眼球的主角,其中,住宅产业尤为突出,它是中国地产行业发展的基石和主旋律。住宅项目的示范区建筑由于体量小、标志性强、单方投入高,成为住宅项目对外宣传的标杆,其设计天马行空、富含创意。因此,应寻找和重新认识示范区建筑的根本价值,将更多的关注点留给居住体验,留给生活。 Since the reform and opening up, the real estate industry has leapt onto the stage of history and become the most eye-catching protagonist of China’s economy in the past 20 years, while the residential industry is the cornerstone of China’s real estate. Because of its small size, strong symbol and high single-sided investment, the demonstrate building seems to have become the benchmarking of residential projects, with more free and innovative design. Therefore, it is time to find and return to the fundamental value of the building in the demonstration area, keep more attention to the living experience and to the life.
