本文以涪陵城区第十八小学校工程装配式框架结构项目为例,详细介绍了该项目EPC管理中设计、施工、构件厂各方的主要职责,管理流程和内容,有机协调配合的具体管理实践,对于装配式项目,采用EPC管理,降低了工程造价,提高了项目的经济效益。

Taking the assembly frame structure project of the 18 th primary school in Fuling as an example, this paper introduces in detail the main responsibilities, management process and contents of the design, construction and component factory in EPC management, as well as the specific management practice of organic coordination and cooperation. For the assembly project, EPC management can reduce the project costs and improve the economic benefits of the project.
