当前我国建设工程招标投标存在的问题与对策研究

Research on Current Problems and Countermeasures in the Bidding and Tendering of Construction Projects in China

当前我国社会主义市场经济迅猛发展,建设工程招投标管理也日益趋于合理化、正规化,各种制度也随着改革的推进不断完善。本文从当前我国建设工程招投标过程中存在的数个问题出发,通过一定的分析,以求减少建设工程招投标中问题带来的影响,提升建设单位的经济效益,促进工程建设的长期发展。

With the rapid development of socialist market economy in China, the management of bidding and tendering for construction projects is becoming more and more rationalized and regularized, and various systems have been improved with the development of reform. Based on several problems existing in the current bidding and tendering process of construction projects in China, this paper makes some analysis and suggestions in order to effectively reduce the bidding problem of construction projects, enhance the economic benefits of construction units, and promote the long-term development of engineering construction.
