准球形EFP成形因素的正交优化设计与试验验证 被引量:8

摘要 针对装填JH-2炸药及紫铜药形罩的EFP结构,采用数值模拟和正交优化设计对准球形EFP的成形过程进行研究。分别以EFP的动能和长径比为评定指标,通过极差分析计算药形罩内曲率半径R1、外曲率半径R2、罩顶厚度δ、壳体厚度h和装药长径比N等因素对成型影响的主次顺序,获得最优方案。结果表明:对EFP动能影响的主次顺序为N>δ>h>R2>R1,对EFP长径比影响的主次顺序为N>R2>δ>R1>h;优化方案的成型脉冲X光摄影试验结果与数值仿真吻合较好。 In view of the EFP structure filled with JH-2 explosive and copper liner,the formation process of quasi-spheral explosively formed projectile was analyzed using numerical simulation and orthogonal optimization design method. The kinetic energy of EFP and the aspect ratio were set as evaluation indicators,and the primary and secondary sequence of structure parameters affecting forming were calculated by using range analysis,such as inner curvature radius R1,outer curvature radius R2,thickness of liner δ,thickness of case h and the aspect ratio of charge N,then the optimized plan was obtained. The results show that the order influenced kinetic energy is N>δ>h>R2>R1,while the order influenced aspect ratio is N>R2>δ>R1>h;and the flash X-ray photograph experimental results of the most optimized plan are consistent with numerical simulation data.
