摘要
目的通过本研究分析临床医学八年制学生急诊医学临床培训的实施现状.方法采用在线调查问卷形式,匿名对已经完成或部分完成急诊临床培训的六、七年级北京协和医学院八年制在校生进行调查,包括一般情况、培训现况、培训需求及改进意见四方面.结果共计71人完成调查,90.1%学生在急诊临床学习的区域为急诊诊室,轮转过急诊重症监护室的学生最少,为42.3%,存在轮转培训的参与度差异.45.1%学生临床培训不足40小时.接受的教学活动主要为临床查房(83.1%)、小讲课(62.0%)和诊间教学(54.9%).培训收获自我评价为一般及以下者占65.5%.结论目前急诊医学临床培训针对八年制医学生的教学虽有临床培训安排,但由于内容及培训方法陈旧、培训时间不足,可能会影响医学生在本阶段的参与度和学习效果.
Objective This study aims at investigating present implementation of emergency medicine clinical training for eight-year medical education program.Methods We conducted an online survey,including questions on general data,the present implementation of emergency medicine clinical training,the requirements for emergency medicine clinical training and the suggestion on program improvement.Participants were students from 6th-7th grades eight-year medical education program of Peking Union Medical College.Results 71 participants were enrolled into this study.Over 90.1%of the participants rotated in the area of consulting rooms,but only 42.3%were trained in EICU.45.1%of the participants were trained less than 40 hours in emergency medicine clinical training.Three main teaching methods were clinical ward rounds(83.1%),lecture(62.0%)and teaching in consulting room(54.9%).65.5%of participants gave less than 3 scores of self-assessment about the levels of learning outcome.Conclusion Although there was a schedule of emergency medicine education for eight-year medical education program,the outmoded training content,insufficient training duration and teaching methods would have an influence on the engagement and outcome of clinical training.
