摘要
目的借助远程医疗会诊平台,探索新型冠状病毒(简称"新冠")感染暴发期远程医疗对疫区疫情的防控作用.方法在新冠疫情暴发期间,自2020年1月28日至2020年3月3日,依托"中国移动云客服视频"端对隶属于中国移动通信集团的部分患者进行远程会诊,收集并分析患者人口学特征、流行病学史及临床症状等,给予患者自我隔离及就医、用药指导,并电话随访追踪患者病情变化及预后.结果108例患者共计124次会诊.随访:8例确诊患者均治愈出院,37例疑似、63例普通患者均痊愈或无症状再发.会诊患者均得到及时、高效的治疗指导和心理疏导,全部会诊无漏诊、误诊.结论远程医疗可对疫区部分患者进行有效治疗,减轻门急诊工作压力,发挥疏导和分流功能,是传统医疗的有效补充.
Objective This study was to explore the role of telemedicine in control and prevention of coronavirus disease-2019(COVID-19)during the outbreak of infection based on the virtual platform.Methods During the outbreak of COVID-19 from January 28,2020 to March 3,2020,telemedicine was provided to the patients working for China Mobile in Wuhan based on the virtual platform of China Mobile Cloud Service.Patients were advised for self-quarantine,seeing doctor,medication guidance,and telephone follow-ups were conducted for disease progress as well as prognosis.Moreover,clinical data were collected for the analysis of demographics and epidemiology of the disease and clinical symptoms.Results There were 108 cases and 124 times of consultation during the telemedicine.Eight confirmed positive cases were discharged during follow-ups.37 suspected cases and 63 ordinary patients were cured or without asymptomatic relapse.No misdiagnosis or missed diagnosis occurred.All the patients were provided timely and efficient treatment with telemedicine.Proper psychological counseling was also provided by the telemedicine emergency team.Conclusion Telemedicine is an effective approach to screen the patients and to assist local hospitals in pandemic epicenter on the disease control,which leads to the substantial decline in emergency department overuse.We highly recommend the application of telemedicine to reduce workload of local hospitals.
