摘要
NTC热敏电阻目前在测温、控温、补偿、浪涌抑制等方面得到广泛应用。Ni-Mn-O材料体系,作为NTC热敏电阻配方设计的最基本的母体材料,已被广泛用于目前的工业生产中。本文综述了Ni-Mn-O体系NTC热敏陶瓷的晶体结构,介绍了该类陶瓷的导电机理,重点阐述该体系NTC热敏陶瓷的掺杂研究进展,为NTC热敏陶瓷的配方设计提供一定的理论指导。
Negative temperature coefficient(NTC)thermistors are widely used in diverse household and industrial applications for such functions as temperature control and measurement,surge current suppression,and circuit components compensation.Ni-Mn-O material system,as the most common matrix material for NTC thermistor,has been widely used in the current industrial production.The crystal structure Ni-Mn-O material system is firstly introduced.The conduction mechanisms are then discussed.Finally,progresses in Ni-Mn-O NTC ceramics doping is specifically expounded,which will provide theoretical guidance to optimize the formula of NTC thermistors.
