摘要 针对现有洗扫车整车油耗高、作业噪声大、尾气污染严重等问题,研发了一款全新的电气化单发洗扫车。详细阐述了电气化单发洗扫车的技术路线及研发方案,通过试验数据的对比表明:新电气化单发洗扫车油耗降低15%~25%,尾气排放降低50%以上,噪声降低3 dB以上。 Aiming at the problems of high fuel consumption,high operating noise and serious exhaust gas pollution of existing cleaning sweeper truck,a new electrified single-engine cleaning sweeper truck was developed.This article elaborates on the technical route and research and development plan of electrified single-engine cleaning sweeper truck.The comparison of experimental data shows that fuel consumption is reduced by 15%-25%,exhaust emissions are reduced by more than 50%,and noise is reduced by more than 3 decibels.
